Literally "The Ugly Idiots", but perhaps closer to "Stupid bastards" said with weary affection, Ljótu hálfvitarnir is an icelandic punkish folk band. Nine guys brought together by love of music, words, fun and beer.

Two CDs are out now, both named after the band, to avoid confusion. The first one with pink lettering, the second one blue. And different songs, obviously.
